You can access your certificates directly from your dashboard under the Certificates section.
? Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Go to:
myhtrader.hmarkets.com/dashboard
Log in using your registered credentials.
? Step 2: Go to the Certificates section
On the left-hand menu, click on Certificates.

Inside the Certificates section, you will find three tabs:
All
Challenge
Payouts
Your certificates will be displayed within these tabs.
? Certificate Availability
Challenge Certificates:
Issued only after you successfully pass the challenge and receive a funded account
Payout Certificates:
Issued once your payout has been processed and approved
⚠️ Important
Certificates will not appear until the required conditions are fully met
If you believe a certificate is missing, allow time for processing before contacting support
