The policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and proper risk management across all trading accounts.

Permitted EA Activities

What is allowed when using an EA?

Yes. Traders are permitted to use EAs and trading bots under the following conditions:

• EAs must be properly configured and reflect a genuine trading strategy
• Traders may use third-party or custom-built EAs
• Each EA must operate with a unique strategy
• Settings should be customized rather than using default or widely shared configurations
• EA usage is allowed on MT4 and MT5 accounts (except Instant Accounts)

What rules must be followed when using EAs?

• The maximum capital allocation per EA or strategy must not exceed $300,000
• Identical EA strategies must not be used across multiple accounts or users
• Any form of coordinated or mirrored automated trading is not allowed
• Hantec Trader may request information about the EA or strategy being used for compliance checks
