Where is my pass & payout certificates?

Overview

You can access your certificates directly from your dashboard under the Certificates section.

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard

Go to:

• www.htrader.com
• myhtrader.hmarkets.com/dashboard

Log in using your registered credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Certificates section

On the left-hand menu, click on Certificates.

Step 3: View your certificates

Inside the Certificates section, you will find three tabs:

• All
• Challenge
• Payouts

Your certificates will be displayed within these tabs.

Certificate availability

Challenge Certificates:
Issued only after you successfully pass the challenge and receive a funded account.

Payout Certificates:
Issued once your payout has been processed and approved.

Important

• Certificates will not appear until all required conditions are met
• If a certificate is missing, allow time for processing before contacting support
